A strong design system ensures consistency, scalability, and efficiency in a product’s visual identity. For OMNI, I developed a cohesive set of UI elements, typography, colors, and components to create a seamless and intuitive experience across mobile and desktop interfaces.
After multiple iterations based on user research and testing, OMNI has evolved into a seamless mentorship platform that connects users with expert guidance across various fields. The final design prioritizes ease of navigation, expert credibility, and an intuitive booking system—ensuring users can find, connect, and schedule sessions with mentors effortlessly.
Working on OMNI was a turning point in my growth as a UI designer. It challenged me to think critically about user needs, balance aesthetics with usability, and iterate based on real feedback. One of the biggest hurdles was designing for a platform that needed to feel both inviting and trustworthy—especially with such a wide range of mentor topics. Through user testing and multiple iterations, I learned how to prioritize clarity, simplicity, and accessibility in my designs. This project deepened my appreciation for the impact thoughtful design can have, and reinforced my passion for building intuitive digital experiences. Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue developing my visual design and interaction design skills, explore design systems more deeply, and keep learning from every project I take on.
